Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once they have been marked as delivered by the courier. If your parcel is missing, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
